For the third debate we're going all health-conscious. There's a lot of hype at the minute surrounding juicing. A recent documentary called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead praised the benefits of juicing and promoted it as a healthy way of living and a great way to 'reboot' your body.
But is it really healthy to drink nothing but raw fruit and vegetable juice for 7 days - or longer depending on your plan of choice? Is juicing really worth the effort and cost for the tremendous benefits to your health and energy or is it another flash-in-the-pan and just like any other fad diet which has done the rounds over the years?
